Medical Social Workers

Medical Social Workers evaluate the social and emotional needs/factors, help manage stress and connect available resources to each patient.

Speech Therapy

Our speech-language pathologist’s help assess, treat and prevent language, social/cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.

Home Health Aides

Our home health aides assist with completing tasks such as dressing, bathing, hygiene, minor cleaning, cooking and laundry.

Wound Care

The Wound Care Program at Nona Home Healthcare is designed to treat the patient with a comprehensive management plan. Our experienced staff is ready to help you manage those hard to heal, chronic wounds and reach optimal healing and positive outcomes.
